Colonial Floral Arranging Fall Fundraiser

The Middlesex County Museum and Historical Society welcomes the public to join us for an afternoon floral arrangement workshop with Cindy Naylor who launched The Wild Bunch 23 years ago in Urbanna.

When Cindy was a small child, she was given a plot of ground to grow flowers. Over time, her love for working with flowers and designing also grew, leading her to later train with the Court Florist in London to complete a three-year apprenticeship. The company she was under was responsible for decorating The Mansion House and Gild Hall for state banquets, royal weddings, and other major evening in the city of London that required huge floral and table arrangements.

After moving to America in 1989 as a freelance/studio florist, she designed and arranged flowers for weddings and special events. Cindy has been a participant in the Fine Arts and Flowers events at both the VMFA and Chrysler…
